The Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation Limited has been incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1985. The main objective is to assist the weaker sections of Minorities viz; Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsis for their socio-economic development
in collaboration with Banks and Corporation provides
Subsidy and interest Subsidy. The Source of funding for the corporate is from Government of Andhra
Pradesh and National Minorities Development and
Finance Corporation, New Delhi.

NOTE:
This year the Government have decided to transfer scholarships
to all the eligible minority students of Pre Matric and Post
Matric courses into their bank accounts only. Therefore all the
eligible minority students are advised to open Bank Accounts in
any Nationalised Bank before submitting the fresh applications or
renewals for the scholarship for the year 2009-10.

NOTICE:
Applications are
invited from the Eligible Students belonging to Minority
Communities for Government India Scholarship (Pre & Post Matric
Scholarships and Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship) the detailed
guidelines are available in Central Government Scholarship.
Last Date receipt off Applications:
Pre Matric Scholarship 31-07-2009, Post Matric Scholarship
16-08-2009, Merit Cum Means based Scholarship 30-09-2009.
